Broadgate are partnered with a specialist financial services provider who are looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to join their team as they begin a 5 year modernisation and simplification journey. This role will lead on the journey to become the UK's leading specialist bank, with technology and process improvement at it's core.

Ideally, you will have experience working within financial services in a similar transformation/process improvement role.

Location: London, South East or West Midlands

Salary: £95k + 25% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Commercial & strategic overview on transformation project.
• Leading a team.
• Reporting back to the business.
• Updating processes and technology.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant.
• Experience operating in a similar role.
• Project management expertise.
