Broadgate are excited to be partnered with a transport and infrastructure business based in West London. The role will deliver high quality external reporting to our stakeholders with professionalism and using efficient automated processes and best practice governance across the group.

About You:

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Knowledge and experience of Group/Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting standards - IFRS, UK GAAP, FRS101 and FRS102.
• Exposure to or experience in external audit.

About the Role:

• Managing the quarterly and year-end financial statements process including timetables and planning, chairing daily reporting and audit calls with all stakeholders, preparation and signing.
• Managing the preparation, review and signing of the Annual Report and Accounts (ARA) for 5 Groups and preparing sections within the Strategic and Governance Reports in the ARA.
• Being the main point of contact for external auditors and managing and planning all areas of the audit process for quarterly and year end accounts.
• Preparation of the Regulatory Accounts and other regulatory documents including managing the associated planning, audit and signing process.
• Managing the Statutory Accounts process including the planning, preparation, audit and signing process.
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting accounting and reporting papers for the Audit Committee and managing the submission of quarterly Audit Committee.
