Broadgate have partnered with an innovative and growing tech company to support a growing finance function on a fixed-term basis.

You'll be responsible for group audit and tax (and should have experience managing Group audits) in this global role.

This role will involve extensive stakeholder management and report in to the Senior Finance Manager in a small, but collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prep of audit files and financial statements
• Manage statutory audits
• Support finance team with external audit queries
• Liaise with tax advisors - transfer ricing compliance
• Work with company secretarial providers - corporate compliance
