Broadgate are partnered with an leading Fintech organisation in the search for a Financial Operations Manager. This role will report into the FD and work closely with the wider finance team. Beyond this, you will have scope to partner with Compliance, Operations, Risk and Tech to ensure processes and procedures are followed.

Responsible for the financial operations of the business, you will have impact across financial controls, performance managements, regulation obligations, risk management and stakeholder interaction. Previous experience in a financial operations role ideally within Fintech is required.

Location: London

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the CFO and wider finance team.
• Review and oversee processes and procedures.
• Stakeholder management.
• Handle business banking portfolio and embedded finance products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Excellent communication.
• Collaborative nature.
• Reconciliation, financial control, settlement, clearing.
