Your tasks:

Independent creation and ownership of analyses, reports and forecasts

Preparation of periodic investor reports

Maintenance and optimization of existing controlling processes

Further development of fund controlling systems and instruments (maintenance, design and implementation) as part of projects in the area of ​​reporting and data warehouseAnalysis and evaluation of the cash flows and derivation of the cash planning

Determination of KPIs and derivation of recommendations for action for the management

Further development of controlling instruments and processes (e.g. digitization, uniform automated reporting)

Project work to improve processes and organizational structures

Your profile:

Successfully completed business or real estate studies or studies in business informatics

You have several years of professional experience in controlling

You like to organize, question results and look for new challenges, which you structure and conscientiously approach proactively

Good English knowledge

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, VBA, SQL or modern reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

Keen interest in financial and real estate topics

Experience in administrative work areas, especially accounting, is an advantage
