Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - London

Broadgate have partnered with a successful, reputable retail brand. As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for EMEA Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of their fast-growing digital business operating across multiple countries. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, EMEA, you will take ownership of the end-to-end P&L for the EMEA Digital division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a small team
• You will be responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the EMEA Digital division.
• Your role involves delivering the annual budget, incorporating operating and investment plans. You will also be responsible for refining monthly and quarterly reporting, developing accurate forecasts, and effectively managing risks and opportunities.
• Proactively supporting key commercial events such as Black Friday and Sale, you will collaborate closely with relevant teams to offer real-time, data-driven recommendations that drive business performance.
• As a critical link between Channel owners across Digital Marketing, CRM, Omni & Ecom, you will build and nurture strong business relationships to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
• Regularly reviewing, analysing, and summarising business performance, you will prepare ongoing management reports, including KPI reporting, variance reviews, investment performance, and ad hoc analysis.

About You:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA or equivalent).
• People management experience is essential.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A/Commercial Finance.
• Strong understanding of performance drivers in the digital space, including E-commerce KPIs, Returns, Marketing Spend, ROAS, and Guest Behaviours such as acquisition and retention.
