Broadgate are partnered with a rapidly growing yet established FinTech organisation in the search for their next Group Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have experience operating at this level across the UK for similar businesses, or looking to take the step up and continue to progress.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Control and Treasury activities as well as leading an established team.

Job Title: Group Financial Controller

Location: London

Package: £100-120k

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial strategy recommendations.
• Partner with the CFO to lead on financial performance and strategic direction.
• Leading and motivating a team.
• Drive process improvement across the finance function.
• Act as the main point of contact in the finance function for all reporting, accounting, control & cash activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating in a similar role within financial services.
• Pro-active, can do mindset with the ability to drive positive change.
• Experience leading a team.
• Qualified Accountant.
