Working for a rapidly expanding bank, this Head of Operations role is a newly created position within the business giving you a chance to drive operational excellence and lead activities across deposits and lending.

An exciting and rare opportunity to join an established yet rapidly growing organization in an influential position. Welcoming new ideas, ways of working and a fresh set of eyes, this role would suit an experienced Operations leader having previously worked within banking/lending.

Requirements:

• Experience leading large functions.
• Established operations experience, with knowledge of banking.
• Keen interest in driving change and improvement.
• Understanding of lending & deposit activity.
