Broadgate have partnered with a global, full service legal firm (£400m turnover) to recruit a Head of Sustainability. This person will have a proven track record of influencing key stakeholders to implement a more sustainable mindset. In addition, driving positive "Green" thinking across all levels of the business.

The role is based in London and paying up to £100,000.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation of the company's Environmental Impact Policy.
• Guide the organisation in achieving their Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) objectives by 2030.
• Develop and implement environmental impact policies, practices, and behaviours fostering a sustainable "green" culture at all organisational levels.
• Support the organisation in comprehending the environmental challenges specific to each jurisdiction, identifying issues pertinent to employees and communities.
• Establish a comprehensive learning framework with informational resources and training programs to promote an environmental mindset throughout the company.
• Stay abreast of pertinent changes in environmental legislation and initiatives, including international regulations where applicable.
• Serve as the firm's representative on a number of global committees.
• Collaborate with Local Practice Managers (LPMs) to devise and oversee a series of initiatives propelling the organisation towards achieving our SBTi goals.
• Report to the Legal Executive Board as needed, evaluating the firm's advancements in accomplishing these goals.
