Broadgate is partnered with a global and growing Financial Service business looking to hire Head of Tax.

You will be responsible for setting up a brand-new Tax division, establishing the processes and building out a new team. You will also be responsible for contributing to group-wide strategic initiatives and objectives and be a leader in the wider group.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the Tax Services team to world class service delivery
• Management and accountability for P&L
• Develop domestic and international growth strategy and lead tech adoption
• Increase revenue but contributing to business development strategy
• Develop and deliver client service strategy

We are looking for:

• Holds a Tax or Accounting Qualification
• Significant experience of UK Corporate Tax
• Previous work in Financial Services
• Experience of people management
