Our client, an international Fintech company, is looking for a LiveOps Specialist (Remote) UK.
- 2+ years of operational experience in startup, Fintech, retail banking, or financial consultancy.
- Strong passion for innovation and technology, demonstrated by a track record of operational excellence and process automation.
- Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making, with experience in SQL and/or Python being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand technical systems through various methods, such as reading documentation, asking domain experts, and analyzing raw data.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, focusing on producing work that enhances the impact of others, along with excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor and enhance the quality, performance, and efficiency of the company's services.
- Resolve technical customer issues by troubleshooting and documenting problems to ensure their resolution.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations and Engineering teams to align on product usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and foster solutions.
- Analyze operational data to gain in-depth insights, create reports, and establish dashboards for improved system understanding.
- Identify and automate manual processes with simple code changes, contributing to operational efficiency and improvements.
