You will serve clients in a broad range of sectors across Real Estate, including Operational Real Estate, Residential and Social Infrastructure.

The Analyst role is located in London or Dublin and paying £45,000 - £55,000

About the Role:

  • Advising and supporting clients across M&A, Capital Raising and Debt Advisory
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, transaction structuring, valuation analysis and management presentations, and taking responsibility for the preparation of information and client communication
  • Drive and take ownership through different phases of the assignment and be the client "point person"
  • Preparation of pitch books, memorandums, management presentations, board materials and other presentation materials for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
  • Support the team with business development, identifying potential target transactions and clients
  • Build financial / transaction models
  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Co-ordinating teams of tax advisors, accountants, lawyers, real estate valuers and other advisors; assisting in the due diligence process management and preparation of client committee presentations

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years M&A and corporate finance advisory / investments
  • Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
  • Competent skill base in Excel and Powerpoint ]
  • Generalist cross-sector real assets experience. Real estate experience will be seen as valuable in particular across living (BTR / PRS, PBSA etc.) and operational real estate (healthcare, cold storage, self storage etc.)
  • Strong and demonstrable track record of interacting well and building relationships with a large range of stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills for a variety of audiences
