Job description

This is a newly created and rare opportunity for a senior employee incentives lawyer who would relish the opportunity to manage and grow a team. This is a Head of position and a critical hire for the firm.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and experience:

  • A flexible, supportive and positive management style
  • Some previous experience managing/mentoring a team
  • Technical expertise in share scheme structure and design, equity and cash incentive plans, incentive plan implementation alongside the operation of reward structures
  • The desire to strategically partner with clients and exceed their expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Board to create a plan to grow your practice
  • Operating as a senior advisor to new and key clients
  • Coordinating business development plans
  • Attending pitches and supporting broader marketing initiatives
  • Developing a strategic vision for growing your practice and championing the practice internally
  • Recruiting and developing your team.
