Requirements:

• 5 years experience in banking, payments, or financial services
• Experience managing a team (essential)
• Managing operational processes, track record of improving & streamlining processes
• Good working knowledge of the payment sphere; SWIFT Payment messages, BACs, CHAPs & international payments
• Comprehensive understanding of current industry AML/CFT handbook legislation, regulation & operating working practices
