Broadgate has partnered with a rapidly-growing Asset Management company to hire a Regulatory Reporting and Operations Manager on permanent basis.

Your role:

• Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activity of Middle Office, Administration, Investment Team, settlement, ensuring the business day of the Management Company runs smoothly.
• Daily oversight and development of the EMIR reconciliation programme and involvement on the management of other projects.
• Collaborating and overseeing the work of more junior team members and providing guidance as necessary.
• Assisting the Administrator(s) and Head of Operations in performing life cycle events on the sub-funds promoted by the Company.
• Perform periodic checks on NAV, validating derivative price and level 2 and level 3 prices.
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports to Investment Committee and the Board of Directors.

About you:

• Third level qualification in relevant subject.
• 7+ years of experience in an Asset Management company.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting (EMIR, SFTR, etc.).
• Previous experience in Project Management and/or Governance/Risk/Compliance would be desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and other relevant financial products.
