Senior Accountant

A leading Law Firm and Fund Administration service are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced senior accountant to join their growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings
• Working with with clients, client advisor, investors, auditors
• Coordinate and arrange investor servicing, including investor on-boarding and investors transactions; Ability to read and understand transactional legal documents/contracts to translate them into the books.
• Ability to prepare VAT & Tax returns, the periodic CSSF/BCL reporting and any other funds related reports

Essential Skills & Experience

• Relevant Financial Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and LUX GAAP
• Fluent in French and English
