Job Posting: Senior Accountant (m/f/d) - Frankfurt am Main

They are looking for an accountant to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and ensure the quality of the accounting and successfully represent the results to auditors, regulators and senior management.
Your Tasks:
- Improve financial control policies and procedures for all entities
- Independent assignment and booking of all current business transactions of accounts payable and receivable including debtor management via DATEV, Quickbooks
- Management and execution of transfer pricing agreement and other Intercompany relationship
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB as well as their internal analysis
- Oversee the preparation of quarterly statutory and regulatory reporting for all entities
- Contribute information and coordinate with other areas to be included within Board and management reports
- Being the contact person for all accounting-related issues
- Further development and optimization of our internal processes
- Ensure that accounting practices comply with legal requirements
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in accounting or finance
- Several years of accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of the German accounting regulations and procedures (HGB) and good knowledge of IFRS
- Good knowledge of DATEV, MS Office (Excel), QuickBooks
- Experience in debtor/ creditor accounting would be a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills in dealing with internal/external contacts at all hierarchical levels
- Structured way of thinking and problem-solving skills
- Intercultural competence
- Fluency in German and English
