About You:

• Table 4 Qualification such as Accounting Qualification or ICSA.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the local finance industry legislation and regulation.
• Dedicated to delivering an outstanding client-based service underpinned through business-oriented strategy to develop growth.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to self-development, and that of others, exhibiting strong leadership, motivation, and delegation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team's financial performance through billing and debtor management.
• Guarantee team portfolio complies with regulations whilst providing exceptional client service.
• Develop new business relationships, as well as building on client retention, support staff retention and development.
• Act with authority on technical client-specific matters and pursue personal development in alignment with annual objectives.
