Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Transfer Agent specializing in Private Equity Fund of Funds.

Role:

In your new role, our client is seeking a German speaker to join a specialised team of 8 specialists. You will be integrated into an international team structure, and a great opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide. You will receive continuous coaching from experienced AML/CFT professionals and subject matter experts in FATCA/CRS, enabling you to progress successfully in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct AML and Tax due diligence processes for new investor onboarding.
• Perform AML Screenings.
• Efficiently manage investor data.
• Oversee and maintain fund registers.
• Issue notice of acceptance, capital call, and distribution notices.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or law.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in a transfer agency role.
• Proficient communication skills in both written and oral German and English.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant AML requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
