Broadgate is partnered with a Global Investment Manager in Zurich looking to hire a Tax Manager .
The role will focus on Transaction Tax for Private Equity Funds, offering the opportunity to work on a wider range of large AIF's. You will be leading the investment and legal management of all tax matters.
Responsibilities:
- Support Investment professionals in transaction tax management and structuring
- Monitor tax efficiency of existing funds
- Tax onboarding of investment
- Work on strategic tax products and assist with legislation change
- Supporting funds formation and tax operations teams
Requirements
- Experience working as a tax lawyer or accountant
- Ideally experience in consultancy
- Experience with Cross Boarder tax
- Experience working with alternative investment funds
- Fluent in English essential
