As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager for Risk Assurance & Compliance to join our team.

Requirements:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure our compliance processes remain up-to-date.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and offer training as needed.
• Prepare reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders on risk assessment findings and compliance status.
• Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance risk management and compliance efforts.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to assess and address potential risks associated with new initiatives.

Desirable requirements

• Relevant recognised qualification ideally with ICA or AML
• 5+ years of relevant finance industry experience
• 3+ years' experience within the compliance and risk environment
• Working knowledge of NAVOne
