* Manage the firms ALM and capital stress testing modeling initiatives including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and balance sheet optimization. * Direct and organize participation in preparation of the annual operating budget. Maintain budget information in the accounting system. Review budget variances and report results to management. * Review and analyze "what if" scenarios for strategic planning. Prepare various analytical cost analyses and projections. * Review cash management position to ensure adequate liquidity to optimize cash. * Prioritize the accuracy and integrity of data incorporated into ALM and capital stress testing activities to support a comprehensive internal control environment. * Oversee regular updates to model assumptions including loan prepayment speeds, deposit decay, and betas. * Manage and evaluate modeling balance sheet, net interest income (NII), economic value (NEV), and forecast simulations across multiple scenarios.
Specific Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of the financial services sector. * A BA/BS in Accounting and CPA credentials are required. * Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment. * Strong time management skills are preferred. * 5 years progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably with a financial institution. * Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively.
