Job description

We are looking for a keen and confident client services coordinator who has had experience within the financial services and has, in the past, helped in relationship management between client and company, servicing clients with a variety of tasks and ideally had experience in fund administration in the past. Our client is a high-growth business and looking for someone keen on taking the next step up in their career.

Main duties:

  • Be the main point of contact for daily client interaction
  • Support the actions required for our client feedback process
  • Ensure clients are up to date with all records and data
  • Maintenance of client records and tracking relationship status constantly
  • Report any Breaches and Complaints encountered to Compliance (and any other compliance-based tasks)

Experience:

  • Must past experience in a client-facing role within the financial services
  • Knowledge of collective investment schemes, fund administration, products, and UK regulations
  • Desirable if you have a certificate in CISI IOC
  • Compliance experience
  • Fund administration experience
