The Ideal candidate will assist with:

• Advising on, drafting, and negotiating on IP assignments
• Advising on, drafting, and negotiating IP licenses
• Negotiating international trademark licences
• General advice around IP protection and enforcement
• Partnering with the clients to provide an excellent service
