Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong stakeholder relationships for an enhanced Compliance function.
• Provide expert advice on regulatory rules to drive compliant and sustainable business practices.
• Oversee critical policy documents and ensure their timely review and delivery.
• Drive the implementation of Compliance-owned policies and standards.
• Swiftly identify, analyse, and implement regulatory changes.
• Contribute actively to projects and deputise for Compliance management.
• Manage Compliance responsibilities for key executive meetings with clear, effective agendas.
• Deliver impactful Compliance reporting to formal Boards and Committees.
• Champion effective governance mechanisms with clear accountabilities.
