Your role:

• Lead the development and maintenance of the data protection framework and policies & procedures.
• Lead the data protection strategy for the group.
• Manage key senior internal stakeholders and manage the relationship with the regulator.
• Provide advice to the business on all Data Protection matters, including Data Privacy Impact Assessments
• You will also provide support and guidance across the wider regulatory compliance team.

About you:

• Experience working in a similar role within a regulated financial services company.
• Strong regulatory knowledge - GDPR, CPC, MCC, CCMA etc
• Data Protection qualification/certification - CIPP/E, CDPO, Professional Certificate in Data protection etc
• Legal Qualification or LCOI/LCI
