Responsibilities:

• Key financial processes and assisting with overseeing the financial operations
• Managing key aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Accounting, Treasury and Statutory Reporting
• SOX controls
• Preparation and reporting of Monthly results to US Head office
• Statutory Reporting & Tax Compliance
• Liaising with Auditors, Tax Advisors, Banks to ensure local tax compliance and Treasury
