Job description

This is a 2LOD Compliance role reporting directly to the Group Head of Compliance and CRO. The primary function of this role is to support the GRC function through FCA regulatory updates and developments.


  • Keep the business in line with all policy updates from relevant bodies (FCA, BIBA, CMA etc.)
  • Ensure communication and training across all teams
  • Develop tools to support the business in assessing implications
  • Work with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the partnered businesses and GRC

Your Profile

  • Previous Compliance Policy/Change experience, ideally within insurance
  • Expertise in Consumer Duty
  • Knowledge of delegated authority procedures
  • Excellent communicator
