Job description

To lead, actively manage and develop a team of client facing Compliance Services professionals.
To create, and support the creation of, the development and promotion of a client focused compliance strategy and framework (including developing tools and policy, procedures and processes) that sits within the the business Client Compliance Services framework documentation templates.
To act as the designated MLRO, MLCO and CO for client structures, discharging those obligations to a high standard and liaise with the relevant external parties as required.
To develop, and support the development and execution of, a comprehensive monitoring programme for client structures and report findings to the relevant fora.
To support the business in effective management of risk through the provision of compliance services to client entities.
To consider training needs within the business and at client level and, along with the support of other business areas, provide the relevant training.
To identify new solutions and assist in the development and maintenance of an operating model for client compliance services whereby people, processes and platforms are optimised to provide an excellent level of service to clients and appropriate delegation of duties within the team.
To use data and feedback to develop and provide effective, accurate and timely reporting to client boards.
To use data and feedback to develop and provide effective, accurate and timely reporting to the business boards, as requested, which carry out oversight responsibilities as Manager of Managed Entity, AML Service Provider or Administrator.
To be a champion of compliance culture, actively modelling appropriate behaviours in line with the the business articulated expectations.
To ensure that matters requiring Client Board, the business Jersey Compliance or Group Compliance attention are notified and escalated in a timely manner and are followed up to appropriate conclusion, where appropriate.
