Great opportunity for someone looking to take on a new PCF role, whether you would be seeking approval for the first team or if you have prior experience in a PCF role.

The role is with an exciting company who are looking to expand their business. You will work alongside a strong leadership team to guide the firm through this period of growth over the next few years.

Your Role:

• Design and implement the annual compliance plan for the business
• Provide compliance advice across the business
• Ensure the business remains in compliance with MiFID and all other regulatory requirements
• Maintain a strong compliance culture
• Manage internal and external relationships with key stakeholders & clients

About You:

• Strong General Compliance experience, ideally within a MiFID regulated firm
• LCI Qualified ideally
• AML experience would also be advantageous
