Head of Compliance & AML (PCF 12 & 52)

I have a partnered with an existing client who are in the process of establishing a new trading facility in Ireland. They are looking for a Head of Compliance to join and help guide the firm through CBI Authorisation and beyond. The firm is part of a global group.

Your role:

• Design and embed the compliance and governance frameworks
• Design the annual compliance plan
• Act as the primary POC for the Central Bank during authorisation
• Complete regulatory returns and filings

About You:

• Experience in a senior compliance role within trading/investments firms
• Understanding of MiFID requirements
• Experience of dealing directly with the CBI
