Broadgate Search is proud to partner with a privately-owned global multi-alternatives firm, specializing in asset management to hire an Investment Onboarding Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Onboarding teams and Administrators to ensure timely and client-oriented onboarding of investors.
• Facilitating and supporting the onboarding of new investors while adhering to global policies and regulatory requirements.
• Validating and updating investor data in referential systems.
• Reviewing and liaising with internal tax teams on FATCA and CRS compliance matters.
• Maintaining professional communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the investor experience.

Skills/Qualifications:

• A Business Degree
• 3 years' experience in a similar role in the asset management sector.
• Familiarity with AML/Compliance regulations.
• Positive mindset with a focus on client service.
• Fluent in English (German proficiency would be an advantage).
