The role sits within the systems, reporting and valuations team, who are looking to recruit a Senior Associate. You will be exposed to significant opportunities to develop skills across systems and a diverse client network. The sectors you will operate in are housing, commercial real estate, energy and infrastructure.

Your Role:

• Responsible for regular client engagements related to consulting projects for valuations of derivatives and other commodities.
• Communicate effectively at all levels within organisation, methodologies and processes used by the firm to value all instruments.
• Provide accurate and considered analysis of issues along with appropriate solutions to meet the client's requirements.
• Be able to research on all new standards and implement best practise within the business's solutions to deliver customer requirements.
• Delivery of complex valuations across a variety of different industry sectors, including but not limited to housing, commercial real estate, utilities and infrastructure.
• Prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation for valuations.
• To assist in client presentations and managing client relationships and interacting with other market professionals.
• Oversee a small team of analysts

About You:

• 3 years of valuations of complex instruments with knowledge of accounting adjustments
• Knowledge of clients support and dealing with clients queries
• Understanding of treasury products with focus on Risk and Debt management
• Project management knowledge including:
• Ability to manage the client expectations on deliverable and organisational planning skills
• CFA Desirable but not essential
