This is a great chance to join a business where you will be able to make a real impact. You will work within a small team in Dublin where you will have great access to the senior leaders of the business. You will have a direct line to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Compliance and the other DPs across the business. You will gain great exposure across their European business and have great opportunities to learn and continue your own development.

Your Role:

• Support in the delivery of the annual compliance plan, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor for regulatory changes and ensure policies are kept up to date.
• Provide regulatory advice across the business
• Provide training to the business on emerging topics such as ESG

About You:

• Experience within Investment/Asset Management and strong knowledge of relevant regulations - UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID, AML etc
• 4+ years compliance experience
• Collaborative approach
