Chief Accountant/Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Preparation of the monthly and quarterly reports of the European parent company
  • Responsibility for closing postings (provisions)
  • Inter-company posting and reconciliation
  • Review activities for asset accounting
  • Review activities of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Participation in the tax return (after familiarisation and depending on the level of knowledge)
  • Creation and further development of monthly reports for the management of controlling and finance
  • Project work for the financial management of the European subgroup (e.g. digitisation and automation projects)
  • Establishment as a key user of the ERP (D365 for Finance and Operations; after induction and training)

your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies
  • Professional experience in preparing the monthly accounts (closing) of companies
  • Experience in project work desirable
  • First professional experience in controlling
  • Professional use of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Good English knowledge
  • Exact working style and enjoy working with numbers
  • Experience in HGB/IFRS desirable
