Job description

My Client is a Multi-National Financial services organisation looking for bring on board an Assistant company secretary. The purpose for this role is to assist with the day to day provision of the company secretarial duties to both the corporate and fund structures working alongside the Senior Client relationship manager and Director.

In this role, the responsibilities include:

  • Attendance, scheduling and organisation of Board meetings.
  • Minute taking.
  • First point of contact for the board.
  • Supervise and assist in training and development of staff.
  • Assist in review of processes and new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is proficient in minute taking and has proven company secretarial experience with relevant professional qualifications. Additionally, this opportunity allows for progression as support will be provided for any technical knowledge of new professional qualifications.
