Employment Legal Associate

Our client a top tier law firm are seeking a 2-7yr PQE ROI or UK qualified lawyer who has trained in either a top tier Irish or UK/ international firm. The role will involve providing day-to-day legal advice to HR professional clients and their in-house legal teams. It will also involve litigation (Workplace Relations Commission and High Court) and work investigations (for example, supporting our white collar crime team with the HR aspects of regulatory investigations).

In addition to the contentious practice we also have a thriving non-contentious practice and the successful candidate would also have the opportunity to help our clients deliver solutions within the M&A and outsourcing space. The successful candidate will also work closely with corporate colleagues on transactional matters and will be involved in all aspects of the team's workload.

You will be:

• Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland or equivalent with 2-5 years post qualification experience,
• Eager to work on client pitches and being involved in business development - this is a growing team and accordingly we would like the candidate to take an active part in that;
• A team player who can work with different teams and lawyers across the firm
• Strong research, review and drafting skills combined with a practical approach to negotiation and ability to influence and provide direction on complex matters.
