Finance Business Partner

Located in Berkshire (2-3 days p/w in office)

Salary up to £80,000PA + 15% bonus

Are you a Qualified, experienced FP&A professional seeking a new role to accelerate your career? My client, a global, market leading manufacturing business located in Berkshire is recruiting a Finance Business Partner due to sheer growth.

Reporting into the Transformation Director and working closely with the Finance Director you will support the successful transformation of the group to meet medium term plans and financial ambitions.

You will have experience working for a multinational business with over 3 years' experience in a senior FP&A role, experienced in partnering or leading business transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop transformation financial tracking approach (including benefit realisation)
• Support Leaders in driving the transformation of the finance function
• Review and improve cost management of transformation programs - budget tracking and forecasting
• Support the implementation of FP&A tool-set & improving financial processes
• Coordinate the preparation of CFO and SLT decision making materials
• Act as key member of the Transformation Office supporting on projects and reporting as required

Knowledge & Experience Required

• University degree / ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified
• FP&A experience preferably in a multinational company
• Experience in partnering or leading business transformation / change programs
• Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
