I am currently working with an international offshore professional services firm, looking for a Head of Global Finance Operations based in their Southampton office.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for the Global Finance Operations team. You will be implementing process improvements and driving efficiency for financial processes, across 3 primary areas; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.

About the Role:

• Streamlining all operational finance processes and controls across the business.
• Generate and contribute towards financial change projects that support the business's wider objectives.
• Create new, and developing existing, guidance and governance policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, workflow, and systems.
