• Independent construction of a suitable and powerful finance structure and the development of a central service organisation (shared service centre) as well as the construction of a KPI-based control system
• Support of the ongoing M&A projects as part of an active buy & build strategy for evaluation, financing and integration
• Optimisation of structures, procedures and processes as well as alignment of the company to future requirements

• Integration of add-on acquisitions
• Cooperation in partnership with management colleagues as well as the shareholder and all other stakeholders

• Degree Educated
• Strong professional expertise in the core areas of responsibility of finance, reporting, controlling and consolidation of companies
• Knowledge in setting up modern financial structures under new management
• Financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Experience as CFO of a group with self-sufficient units and the integration of acquired companies
• Ideally experience in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical / beauty industry

• Ideally experience with private equity investors and M&A
