Please note this position is being recruited under the SMCR regime.
We are currently recruiting for a Reconciliations Supervisor for a high-profile client in the UK pension and investment fund industry.
This role is paying between £45,000 - £65,000 based on experience, plus generous benefits and bonuses. This position can be located in London, Hertfordshire, or Isle of Man.
About You:
- Must have experience in bank account and asset reconciliations, ideally in the insurance industry or in a supervisory/managerial position with CASS requirement responsibilities.
- Completed the IOC exams.
- Leadership attributes, as this role will require managing a team, and training them in CASS requirements.
About the Role:
- You will be managing custody and cash reconciliations for all invested assets.
- Provide effective, efficient and scalable reconciliation services to the insurance and investment businesses as well as other group companies and third party clients in respect to Assets Under Administration of c£35bn
- Ensure regulatory rules and SLAs are met and ensuring operational efficacy.
- Produce appropriate Operational performance indicators (KPI's & KRI's), Balanced Scorecard data and management information to drive improved performance.
- Maintain inputs into ICOFR, RCSA and policy attestation, processes and meet both internal and external audit requirements.
- The responsibilities of this role will expand to managing client monies in compliance with the FCA.
