Senior Finance Business Analyst
Based in London or NW London

Following recent growth, my client, a growing consultancy is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the reporting and analysis on revenue and direct cost up to the contribution level and will provide insight to the business as well as supporting and driving budgeting and forecasting.

Alongside the wider team, you will identify trends and ways of improving margins and challenging existing processes where appropriate.

Experience working for a blue chip or professional services business is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements in a BI context and understand and design data models to transform large sets of data into meaningful insights
• Build financial and KPI reports in Power BI and Excel models
• Seek to improve existing Excel data models
• Support your line manager with the budgeting/forecasting process through the preparation of templates and consolidation
• Proactively analyse and manage pipeline data to provide insightful trend analysis

Experience required:

• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to drive performance to senior stakeholders
• Expert in PowerBI and Excel is essential
• Knowledge of data design, data modelling, data management, and data visualisation
• Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
